A great way to try Club Fitness prior to purchasing a new gym membership is to apply for a 14 day free trail. This gives you the chance to come in and workout over the next 14 days. There is no cost and you have full access to the Club during staffed hours. We can provide you with some basic information if your a newbie, we do advise that you only use our machine / cable weight and cardio equipment if this is the case. We provide you with a full assessment and a tailored exercise program once your a full member.
