Rachael’s experience in the health and fitness industry includes working with all types of people; including children, teenagers, athletes and special population clients. Rachael has a strong belief everyone can enjoy being active and she utilizes a variety of functional equipment, training and exercises to help clients reach their goals for optimal performance. Rachael’s goal is to help people improve their overall health and wellbeing through implementing lifestyle changes with physical activity and nutrition.
Vanya is a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer through UCOL. Vanya has a strong passion for football and has played for almost 20 years. She plays locally for WAFC and also plays for Wanganui women's rep team which travels most sunday's to other provinces. Vanya has experience in sport specific training, weight training, general fitness. Her favourite song to get pumped for a game or exercising is "Slave To The Rhythm" by Michael Jackson remixed by Audien.
